    High Efficiency High Power Diode Laser Source for pumping applications from Quantel Lasers. The source generates up to kW power at nm or nm with a pulse width up to 3 ms. The components have been designed to highest possible efficiency which leads to a low power consumption, small spectral width and low heat generation. Pulsed ultraviolet light from a XeF excimer laser was used to grow thin films of zinc oxide and tin dioxide on () p-type silicon wafers within a versatile high vacuum laser deposition system.
